Atomik Labs started in 2026, built around an observation that isn’t very glamorous: software teams and the people doing the manual work around the software almost never sit in the same company, and the gap between them is where projects tend to fail.
So we do both. We’re a lean team in Istanbul covering engineering, data operations and finance operations, working with clients in Turkey and Europe. Financial services is where most of our work sits, partly because it’s an industry where a wrong figure has consequences and people are willing to pay for the discipline that prevents one.
We intend to stay small.
You deal with the people doing the work. Nothing gets relayed through an account manager, and nothing gets handed to a junior you were never introduced to.
We keep the scope narrow on purpose.
