Tech infrastructure advisory
Infrastructure decisions get made once, usually under time pressure, and then live for years. We look at what you’ve got and tell you what’s worth changing.
- What we go through
- What you’re running and where, what the monthly bill is actually paying for, how code gets from a laptop to production and how often that goes sideways, what happens when something fails, whether the backups have ever been restored as a test, and who can reach what.
- What you get back
- A written assessment, findings ranked by what to do first, with the cost of fixing each one and the cost of leaving it. In plain language, because it usually gets read by someone who isn’t an engineer.
- Why we’re worth asking
- We don’t resell hosting or licences. There’s no answer we get paid more for.
Take it as a one-off review, as design input while you’re planning a migration, or as retained hours for the questions that come up between projects.
